Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Data Governance & Protection.Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Head of unit in development and reviews of organization\xe2\x80\x99s Data Governance and Protection (DGP) Policies, which involves identifying new DGP risks for mitigation through policy instruments, assessing the effectiveness of current DGP policies and their implementation, and adapting MOH policy requirements to fit organisation needs.
• Supports the Head in evaluating Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) submitted to the DGPO, ensuring that these assessments accurately represent the data protection risks of projects and that appropriate risk mitigation measures are in place.
• Provides assistance to the Head by advising colleagues on DGP policies and issues related to data protection and personal data usage. Manages incoming queries and issues in the DGP common mailbox, directing them to the relevant subject matter expert as needed.
• Assisting in the review of Data Sharing Agreements.
• Assists the Head in monitoring new data protection and privacy risks, legislative changes, and decisions from the PDPC.
• Supports the Head and department in coordinating and organizing meetings related to DGP office\'s policy and data protection activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Degree in all field
• Knowledge in data protection or privacy policy is advantageous
• Good writing and summarization skills.
• Efficient and able to meet tight timelines
