Job Responsibilities

Development of business plan / strategy by coordinating with the management / LCMA staff and Planning Depts to promote Loan Capital Market (LCMA) business.
Internal Control, risk management and management of compliance matters related to LCMA business to ensure that the business activities of LCMA are properly and effectively carried out.
Goal setting for the departmental evaluation, planning of budget (Profit, Expense etc) and monitoring of the progress
Proper and timely reporting to the management and Head Office department
Contribute to any other various matters for the strategic planning, internal control / management of LCMA business broadly.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of banking experience
Diversed experiences in corporate finance including M&A finance, sponsor finance, property finance, and other asset finances in practice
Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as this role needs to create regular reports to Japanese Financial Service Agency and to liaise with Head Office whose main language is Japanese
Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law is an advantage
Effective communication skills
Ability to Inspire and good teamand stakeholder skills
