Executive Director
Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES As Executive Director of the company, you will lead, manage, develop and grow/expand the business, harness synergies with other businesses of the CWT Group towards profit and strategic targets set for the business: o Business management, lead in initiatives and project development o Evaluation & financial feasibilitiy studies of new businesses/business projects; o Profit target and Return on Investment targets o Management of business financial operations o Business risks assessment and management o Capabilities development (including business processes, control framework measures and IT systems establishment) in tandem with business development/growth. You are expected to work with the relevant project team and respective heads of finance of the business group and heads of business units concertedly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related, preferably with MBA
- Seasoned professional business acumen with wide general management experience
- 10-15 years of industry & corporate management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent ability to lead and manage
