Building on the ambitious strategic plan, Championing Advancement: CASE 2022- 2027, we now seek an engaging and values-driven individual to join us as Executive Director to lead our Asia Pacific region. CASE Asia Pacific opened in May 2007, in order to serve members in that part of the world. The office provides training and other services to support the growing community of educational advancement professionals in an area that extends south to New Zealand, north to China, west to India and the Middle East and east to Japan, with over 175 institutional memberships across the continent.
The successful candidate will grow CASE\'s membership and impact across Asia Pacific, influencing institutional leaders and ensuring continued value and relevance for universities, schools and other education institutions across the region. Bringing inspiring leadership to our extensive volunteer community and our Singapore/Australia based team, the Executive Director is a member of the global Senior Leadership Team, working with leaders in our other operating regions of the US & Canada, Europe, and Latin America, and with the Vice-Presidents and members of the Executive Leadership Team who provide leadership across CASE\'s strategic portfolios. Reporting to the Vice President, Data, Research and Technology, this position collaborates with CASE professionals worldwide and is a pivotal role for CASE.
You will be responsive, ambitious, and a compelling advocate for advancing education - bringing gravitas and credibility as an ambassador to present our mission with professionalism and passion. You will have a track record of leadership and influencing positive change; and a clear ability to communicate effectively with a breadth of stakeholders from a broad range of cultures and countries, including those at very senior levels. A knowledge of advancement is desirable as is an understanding of working as part of a global organisation with a matrix structure that brings staff in different locations into dynamic professional families. CASE staff and leadership in all regions will fully adopt the OneCASE philosophy and will work fluidly to deliver relevant and valued programming.
