Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills: GCE 'O' Level or Diploma and SCI Certificates. At least 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry in Singapore Meticulous, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication/presentation and interpersonal and influencing skill Result-orientated and target driven Resilient in times of crisis and change management Good team player Able to interpret technical subjects of varying complexity to include regulatory issues Strong excel and reporting skills Ability to consistently deliver high productivity & exceptional customer service & quality standards Excellent communication & relationship building skills demonstrating an ability to deal with customers & colleagues at all levels Ability to work without supervision & be self-motivated in a proactive manner seeing tasks through to resolution Consistently present a professional & positive approach Job description The successful applicant will: Oversee the overall activity and help channel heads deliver any activity outside the sales environment. This includes and is not limited to organizing and facilitating the following: - Training events - Intermediaries engagement events Manage the overall activities for distribution channels according to the marketing budget. This includes and not limited to: - Training - Events - Campaigns Work with stakeholders and develop compensation models for distributors that are acceptable within the budget and legal and compliance framework Provision of various reports to channel head. This includes and not limited to: - Weekly/Monthly campaign tracking - Campaign overview report - Monthly Management report - Quarterly production report Management of on-boarding agreements with producers Build and share knowledge internally and externally around trends and developments in the insurance marketplace (e.g. regulation, best practice, product developments) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
