Key Responsibilities:

Studio Operations:

• Support online content recordings.
• Update studio deployment to meet faculty needs.
• Supervise efficient studio use and conduct training.
• Ensure studio operational effectiveness.

Virtual Learning Environments:

• Assist in recommending development platforms.
• Support creation of 3D models for VR/AR in TEL modules.
• Aid in maintaining transparent 3D learning environments.
• Help optimize 3D assets for different platforms.

Equipment Support and Maintenance:

• Conduct training and assist in deploying new AV services.
• Build rapport with users for application rollouts.
• Contribute to ensuring the university\'s best ROI.

Project Management:

• Communicate with production team members.
• Provide briefings and gather user feedback.
• Ensure quality project delivery.

Curriculum and Non-Curriculum Projects:

• Provide creative consultation for projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on schedules.
• Ensure quality product delivery.

Data Management and Archiving:

• Support scheduled backups and content approval.
• Assist in publishing content into servers.
• Participate in SOP and archiving standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Video Production, TV Production, Film Production, Multimedia, or other related fields
• Those without required qualification will be considered in lieu of experience
• Proficient in video production and post-production processes
• Familiar with the fundamentals of VR/AR concepts and the creation of 3D models
• Experience in project management and possess good communication skills
• Familiar with IT services and maintenance of equipment
