Job Description

Salary: Up to $4000Location: One-NorthWorking hours: 8.30am - 6pmResponsibilities:

• Plan, design, and communicate Employee Engagement Surveys, and follow up on action plans.
• Monitor and track employee feedback from multiple sources, ensuring timely responses and data analysis.
• Manage all aspects of Employee Experience Surveys, including report generation.
• Plan and execute organization-wide engagement events to enhance culture and teamwork.
• Develop and implement communications campaigns to promote the internal employee mobile app, including user support, record keeping, and data analysis. Manage related budgets and rewards programs.
• Coordinate quarterly Employee Engagement Workgroup meetings, collaborate on initiatives, and organize the year-end social event.
• Maintain HR Intranet and other online resources.
• Manage procurement, finance, contracts, and budgets.
• Liaise with vendors and consultants for project management.
• Coordinate schedules and provide support for all HR-related inquiries.
• Contribute to various HR department projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans ONLY
• Bachelor degree from a recognized university, post-graduate qualification in HRM is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years in Human Resource function in a big organization is preferred
• Experienced in organizing engagement campaigns, events and project management
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
