Job Purpose The Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT\xe2\x80\x99s graduate programme with two tracks - the Engineering track and the Management track. The Engineering track provides a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference as engineering leaders. The Management track provides opportunities in the corporate functions for those who aspire to excel as management leaders.

Your journey in programme begins with a two-month foundation programme, followed by structured development, specialised training and varied opportunities leading to professional accreditation, in line with the industry best practices. Your development will be further enhanced through the comprehensive \'Triple E\' Development Framework - (1) Education, (2) Exposure and (3) Experience, designed to nurture capable and talented individuals for leadership positions in the company.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group/Line/Centre of Excellence\xe2\x80\x99s efforts to deliver on daily, short term and long-term objectives and KPIs

• Responsible to support and perform preventive or corrective maintenance / station or train or control operations / corporate services, to ensure a safe, reliable and efficient daily operations

• Responsible to comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance with all safety requirements

• Responsible to ensure the timely completion of all duties and/or projects, as assigned
  

• Degree in Engineering discipline

• Possess leadership ability, a passion to serve and make a difference

• Thirst for challenges and new experiences

• Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment

• Strong team player with effective communication skills
