Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reports to the Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager
- Provide bridge design and construction methods services to Marketing, Design, Operations Division and other subsidiaries
- Plan and co-ordination design / technical / construction methods
- Ensure all drawings comply with the Company\'s QMS process and procedures
- Ensure that the company\'s quality of work is maintained at a high standard and promote the company\'s competent image in the construction industry
- Prepare and monitor the overhead budget of the projects
- Supervise a team of site staff who are assigned to take charge of the various construction projects
- Negotiate with clients on contractual matters
- Proficient in Revit & AUTOCAD 3D Modelling software
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
- Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving
- Strong time management and project management skills
- 5 days workweek and alternate Saturday
- Flexible working hours
