Job Description
- Management of facilities and systems \xe2\x80\x93 Project management for new building construction.
Development of programs for planned maintenance and services. * Managing service partners and contractors \xe2\x80\x93 Overseeing their work and ensuring quality.Coordination of tasks and schedules. * Providing technical advice \xe2\x80\x93 Offering expertise to user departments.Assisting in decision-making processes. * Coordinating fire safety and Green Mark tasks \xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.Investigating safety incidents and preparing reports.Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering with preferably 3 years\' relevant experience
- Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design
