Job FunctionFacilities and Property ManagementJob SummaryThe Executive - Facilities is responsible for supporting the effective management and upkeep of the company-owned facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and functional working environment for employees. This role includes routine facility inspections, coordinating repairs, and overseeing maintenance operations for the building\'s infrastructure. He/She deploys relevant personnel for timely actions in response to tenants\' requests and feedback. He monitors the service delivery of third-party service deliverers and track fault calls to ensure closure within a stipulated period of time. He/she assists the Facilities and Property Management in the implementation of preventive maintenance programmes, monitors the performance of vendors, and ensures compliance with Singapore\'s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.The role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues, managing resources effectively, and responding promptly to facility-related concerns. He/she will also assist in managing facility-related documentation, including maintaining accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance checks. He/she is responsible to ensure operational continuity, reducing facility downtime, and maintaining high standards of safety and functionality in the company\'s physical workspace.He/she is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should have a solid understanding of basic building systems, be capable of managing external service providers, and have strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
