Job Description

What the role is:
The job holder plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team in accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions in processing budget, financial analytics, accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger entries whilst ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
What you will be working on:

• Optimise financial operations, identify and implement process improvements o Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including budget, financial analytics, accounts payable, account receivables and general ledger entries o Ensure procedures are compliant to financial policies and guidelines o Identify opportunities for improvement through transforming, streamlining and digitalising processes o Drive projects on digitalisation and automation including adoption of RPA and AI to streamline finance processes o Assist the director and the department in coordination works across sections and branches o Ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in MS office applications o Exposure to coding or programming (including use of excel macros) will be an advantage o Experience in RPA, AI for finance processes o Possess great sense of urgency and able to work independently o Be proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations and handling multiple portfolios/tasks o Excellent working attitude and a strong mindset for learning and growth
