Job Description
:
- Assist in the following accounting functions:
- AR/AP functions such as billing, preparation of payments and invoicing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Fixed Asset Register
- Budgeting
- Month End Closing Activities
- Streamlining Financial Documentation
- Developing various financial and analytical reports as required with Business Central, Jet-reports & Excel VBAs/Macros and other IT technologies & automations e.g. RPAs/Pythons
- Enhancement and Customisation of Microsoft Business Central
- Delivering any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of current IT skills and tools
- Knowledge and experience in using and managing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Jet-reports is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure associated with monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts
- Ability to liaise with and work across departments
- Highly motivated and able to work independently is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
