Job Description
Job Scope:The appointee will be part of the Finance team and will be responsible for duties primarily related to Assets and CET Operations.Responsibilities:-\xc2\xb7 To be involved in Digital Workplace Asset Management System (DWPAMS) project including assisting Finance to answer queries raised by S&Ds, guide S&Ds in the asset tagging process and any other works which may arise in the process.\xc2\xb7 To be involved in Continuing Education & Training (CET) operations which includes submitting einvoices, preparing receipts and refunds and any other works which may arise in the process.Requirements:-
- Diploma & above with experience of less than 3 years
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to operate basic software and hardware tools such as the AMS software, asset tag printer, asset tag scanner and mobile phone reader
- Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set
- Able to work independently
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess problem solving skills
