Executive, Community Health Reporting to the Manager, you will oversee the Colorectal Cancer Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) kit screening project. This includes operations, logistics, data and managing partnerships. You will assist the project team lead to conceptualize, plan and implement the campaign. Responsibilities: Stock Management and logistics . Plan and purchase stocks and materials in a timely manner . Liaise with partner and vendor on stock movement/ request . Monitor and tracking of inventory and stock movement . Conduct monthly stock take . Liaise for collection and/or delivery . Co-ordinate requests and manage deployment of resources (manpower, training and logistics for stocks) Partner (Stakeholder) Management . Recruitment of partners for the distribution of FIT kits . Managing vendor for FIT Kit distribution . Submission of participants records to Health Promotion Board and National Registry Diseases Office to acquire data for annual reports Database Management . Manage vendors for system access and records keyed . Conduct daily checks and upload screening participants data . Monitor results notification . Update system records and handle positive case follow- . Survey form data entry/data analysis Campaign Management . Assist with Campaign Management . Assist Team Lead to organise ground activities such as forums, talks, exhibitions and roadshows . Work with Community partners for talks, outreach and engagement . Assist overseeing the FIT Portal to ensure that portal is running smoothly to avoid back log . Ensure smooth operations of cancer screening efforts on the ground, arising from the campaign . Provide secretariat support for sub committees (coordination of meetings, minutes taking, agenda, reports etc) . Work with internal and external stakeholders to seek sponsorships and collaboration . Measure and report performance of all campaigns, including the number of people screened for specific cancers . Plan and allocate manpower for FIT distribution during campaign months Volunteer Management . Recruitment and deployment of volunteers and part timers . Training for FIT Kit distribution Other duties include . Forecast, track budgets and expenditure . Submit related invoices and assist in managing vendor payments related to the campaign . Coordinate FIT Kit survey . Process subvention claims . Handle of calls . Assist in department events and activities Qualifications and Experience: . Diploma . 2 years of relevant experience (Preferably) Competencies: . Project Management . Operations . Events Management Skills: . Excellent verbal and written skills . Ability to work with department teams and crossfunctional teams with concurrent projects . Identify solutions and work with campaign teams to address challenges . Excellent interpersonal skills to work in teams and people from different background Computer & Software Literacy: . Microsoft Office (Strong MS Excel skills preferred) . IT Skills - CMS & database management
