Job Description

:The candidate is to oversee the efficient operation and category management of fresh food products inclusive of assigned fresh categories to him/her across all of FairPrice. This role involves setting up counters, managing multi-deck chiller displays, tracking performance, guiding/training/monitoring staff performance on ground, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, maximizing profitability, managing shrinkage while adhering to health and safety standards across all stores.Qualifications:

• Proven 5 to 10 years of fresh food operations or a related field with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• People management with excellent communication and internal/external customer service skills.
• Proficiency in inventory/shrinkage management, budgeting and basic computer skills
• Organised, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Possesses significant fresh food processing knowledge, handling, safety, quality, store/counter setup and good standards of merchandising
• Sound financial and budgeting skills
• Sound written and verbal communication
• Computer literary (SAP, Tableau, Microsoft, Google Suite)
• Positive mind-set with an owner\'s mentality: sense of purpose, accountable and responsible
• Strong business acumen
• Good interpersonal skills

• Work Location: FairPrice Hub (Beside Joo Koon)
• Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
