Job Title : Executive, Graduate Studies (Outreach & Admissions)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the master\'s programmes with admissions processes from application to matriculation such as preparing documents, data entry and management, record keeping, coordination with different stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage admissions interviews and scheduling.
- Assist to coordinate and schedule overseas coffee chats.
- Assist to answer general enquiries on programmes and application process.
- Assist to execute outreach campaigns and event publicity.
- Assist to update presentations, and other documents where required.
- Provide logistical and onsite support at events such as fairs, exhibitions, masterclass, information sessions, webinars, coffee chats, yield events, organization presentation
- Diploma/ Degree in any field, Business or Marketing major is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Organized and meticulous with attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong in communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Digital literacy in Office and knowledge in cloud software is advantageous.
