Executive, Group Scholarships & Awards
SUMMARY
Our client who is a leader in public healthcare in Singapore is looking for an Executive. As a member of the HR team, the incumbent will support the functions of Group Scholarships and Awards and will be assigned to the duties relating to in-service training and development awards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assuming Lead role for all in-service training matters relating to the Medical, Team-based and Allied Health Professional groups, and also MOH Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP)
Providing administrative support during the annual awards nomination cycle
Assuming Lead Administrator role for Awards Nomination System, to provide inputs on maintenance/enhancement of the system for in-service training and development awards
Ensuring prompting reporting to key internal and external stakeholders, not limited to quarterly and annual claims submission
Supporting event management for annual recognition initiatives/events
Undertaking any ad-hoc projects as part of process improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a bachelor's degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline.
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in handling scholarships and awards portfolio is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong in project management, planning and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous and attentive to details.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
