Our experienced team of recruitment experts work mainly on Leadership (CXO) Strategy, M&A and Transformation across Financial Services, Technology and Consulting. To pursue our strategic development in Asia, we are looking for Recruitment Research Consultants based in Singapore. The Position: - Understanding recruitment mandates and defining a sourcing strategy
- Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach: Talent Mapping, Headhunting, job boards, social media & referrals
- Developing a candidate portfolio based on direct contacts
- Selecting and qualifying (incl. interviewing) local as well as international candidates at mid and senior level.
- Ensuring proper process management together with recruitment consultants and clients
- Supporting actively key account managers in the development of our sales strategy Your background - Minimum Bachelors Degree
- 1 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years professional work experience, ideally in Recruitment or Executive Search, but we will also consider exceptional candidates from a sales, Marketing, Events, Project management or Customer Service background.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
- Professional and strong ethics
