URGENT Job specialisation : Project Management and General Administration

Min Qualification : Degree (Salary : $17 per hour) in any field, preferably in healthcare or related field. Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMBOK) desirable.

Working hours : Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm With an hour lunch break

Mandatory skills :

• Ability to use standard Microsoft packages.
• Good organisation and communication skills (verbal, written)
• Ability to work with others and in a team

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational aspects of ACE’s new company-led submission process, including

responding to enquiries received from pharmaceutical manufacturers;

• Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders, including manufacturers, clinical experts and

academic centres, including managing and documenting conflicts of interest, organising agendas, collating supporting documents for meeting attendees, and writing minutes following meetings;

• Develop project timelines and managing processes to monitor the progress of each project; and

• Upload of drug guidances after the DAC deliberation of the funding decision.

stakeholders.

• Familiarity with conducting internet searches of various websites including regulatory and HTA

agencies, and manufacturer webpages.

• Ability to prioritise work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines

• Ability to think and plan strategically and to exercise sound judgement in the face of conflicting pressures.

• Ability to use standard Microsoft packages.

• A general understanding of ACE, the local health system and the social, political, economic and technical context within which MOH operates is desirable.

• Experience working within an academic, clinical or health services research environment and supporting a multidisciplinary team is desirable.
