Job Description

The Senior/ Executive, Information Technology (IT) reports to Manager, IT and will assist in ensuring the smooth delivery of daily department operation services. The Senior/ Executive will supervise the development and implementation of IT projects and their on-going maintenance, and coordination of IT project plans with users. He/ she will manage a team of in-house IT professionals to support users efficiently and effectively. The Senior/ Executive will oversee the procurement of all IT equipment and licensing, and ensure all IT assets are properly maintained. He/ She will establish, implement and ensure the appropriate information systems standards are adhered to. He/ She will manage IT infrastructure and application services within the Service Levels Agreement and help develop standard operation procedures and policies that are aligned to the organisation’s process flow. The Senior/ Executive will help identify and evaluate cost effective IT solutions, manage IT outsourcing processes and manage vendors’ relationships. He/ She will work with Management and IT service providers to develop a business contingency plan and an IT disaster recovery plan. He/ she may also be involved in other duties, as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Keen and passionate about the IT healthcare industry with a strong desire to work and learn
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to handle end users in a professional and timely manner
