Description
The candidate will work closely with the team to help employees in enrolled sites prevent, manage and reverse chronic lifestyle diseases and live healthier lives. This will involve both in-person and digital modalities to support employees in adopting specific health-promoting behaviours.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Develop solutions to maximise outreach in workplace setting
- Test and refine the delivery of the redesigned project in enrolled sites
- Evaluate the efficacy in workplace setting
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Motivated individual with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and social skills for effective rapport building with working adults
- Dynamic individual who strives in fast-moving environment
