Executive Housekeeper

at

Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre

. For this vital role, we're looking for someone who can:





Prepare and manage the department's budget and be aware of financial targets Plan and execute maintenance schedules for guestrooms and public areas Collate and analyze data from inspections and maintenance to ensure quality of service is met Schedule routine inspections by supervisors Supervise external contractors to ensure contractual compliance Monitor and manage staffing in housekeeping Training of all new Room Attendants. Maintaining training records for new and existing RA. Preparing duty rosters, scheduling staff on leave and preparing annual leave planners for RA and HM. Ensures that guest areas ,pantries and service areas on guest floors are maintained according to standard.

Requirements

High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent, and 2 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.

Required Skills:

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Able to speak, read and write English Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Organizational and training abilities
