We are looking to fill position for:

Executive, HR Administrator

for the Group

What you'll be doing

Managing and coordination of entire HR processes with various stakeholders Managing talent acquisitions processes that includes job postings, screenings and interviews Handles onboarding and offboarding clearances and other HR letters issuances. Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records. Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and foster effective HR processes and standards. Submit applications for work passes and claims for government-paid leaves. Administration of HR policies and payroll preparation. Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

What we're looking for

Good organizing skills, meticulous and able to work independently. Digital proficiency in leveraging tools and systems to perform HR duties. Good communications and interpersonal skills. Self Starter with passion for contributions, growth and development with the Company. Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
