Prepare and issue all employment-related correspondence and documentation.
Manage the end-to-end process for all work pass transactions, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and maintain accurate records of outcomes.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and authorities
Maintain and update employee files and HR database
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of HR administrative experience
Knowledge of work pass regulations and HR documentation processes
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Able to start immediately or in short notice.
