Guided by the leitmotif of being a progressive leader with its aim of enriching the lives of their partners, the client has gone on to become a globally recognized organisation, while at the same time, their HR organisation continues to drive innovation and transformation that enabled regular recipient of accolades that speak of their attention towards employees well-being.Spurred by strong business objectives and growth in Asia, there is a need to hire a seasoned HR leader to empower and support their HR roadmap and strategies across the various entities and joint ventures across the region.Please note that this role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.Reporting to the Executive Director for Asia and managing a team of HR professionals, the Executive HR Director will be the trusted partner to the senior leadership team where he/she will will conceptualise, advice and execute HR roadmap, strategies and initiatives to support their growth trajectory. As part of their HR transformation journey, the HR Director will support a culture of high performance in the organisation while establishing a best-in-class HR operational processes and policies to enable efficiency and optimization in its resources. This will include being a coach and mentor to the HR team to identify learning and stretch opportunities to continuously update HR capabilities and support to the business; being an advisor to a highly collaborative, impressive and forward thinking leadership team, with a focus on offering a best in class service.Amongst their HR strategies and projects, there will continue to be a focus in their talent pool which includes talent retention, talent development, future/talent engagement and the talent \xe2\x80\x9creadiness\xe2\x80\x9d, to maintain their \xe2\x80\x9cEmployer of Choice\xe2\x80\x9d status.The Successful CandidateYou should have at least 12 years of HR leadership experience with a track record of deploying high level HR strategies to support growth business. You are familiar with a fast-paced and matrix organization with proven abilities to be a coach and mentor. You are a skilled, culturally sensitive relationship builder to be able to engage people in a positive manner and invest time and energy into stakeholder management.With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you should be a visionary and able to communicate your ideas and vision in a way that builds alignment and support.Coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you should be a persuasive communicator who is able to thoughtful about leverage data to effectively communicate HR initiatives to the leadership team and wider organisation.Location: Bangkok, ThailandPlease note that our client offers a local plus benefits, which may include, but not limited to, housing allowance, car allowance, home flights and etc.Thanks for your time.
