Execute actions that support the People Plan. Understand and deliver people-based data and analytics to support the executive of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit.
Contribute to the organisational transitions using best practice change management methodologies. Support leaders to deliver team organisational development and capability needs.
Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development. Support the talent review/calibration in customer unit, to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with Management Development Cycle.
Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels. Coach others to interpret, apply and communicate "Total Rewards" principles/policies/strategies
Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.
Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices).
Educate the business to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.
Provide objective and timely feedback to CoE and CoS on the quality of service to ensure the overall HR service to the business unit meets or exceeded agreed standards.
Requirement :
Bachelor\'s Degree in HR Management or related fields
Candidate comfortable from manufacturing setting will be preferred
Some HR experience will be preferred
