Industry: FMCG Japanese MNC

Location: Boon Lay (Quality Road)

Working hours: 8am 5.45pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,500

This is a Permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of payroll related function independently.
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission.
• Work closely with Finance department on payroll closing, GL posting and perform payroll reconciliations.
• Respond to staff queries on payroll discrepancies issue.
• Attend to auditor on the yearly audit exercise.
• Handle statutory survey from governments authorities.
• Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
• 2-4 years of in-house payroll experience is a must.
• Experience in handling high volume of payroll (about 195 headcount) will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel)
• Experience in using HRiQ is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives
• Good analytical skills and resourceful
• Well-organized and able to multi-task.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Manufacturing environment (Boon Lay)
