Handle end-to-end HR service delivery, providing operational and administrative support to employees and managers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and issuance of offer letters, employment contracts, staff/employment passes, exit documentation and other required documentation
o Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP), including data entry for hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
o Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements during employee life-cycle (e.g: MOM work pass application, renewals, cancellation and any other regulatory requirements where necessary).
o Conduct pre-employment and reference checks in line with bank policies
o Assist with interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers
o Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
o Generate HR reports and provide documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance
o Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees and managers
o Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks and projects as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
o 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within banking or financial services
o Experience in onboarding, offboarding, HR system administration, and reference checks
o Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a banking environment
o Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
o Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
