Executive, HR/Admin (Contract for 3 months, subject to extend for another 3 months)
To be able to commence work in immediately from Feb 2023
This position is to report to Manager (Corporate Services) and/or AM, HR/Admin and provide support to ensure the smooth operations of the HR/Admin Department.
Responsibilities:
To assist in full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment and training & development (Generalist role)
Ensure smooth HR day-to-day operations
Ensure accuracy in updating the employee personnel records in HR systems and e-filing
To assist in administer the e-leave portal
Register of staff Time Attendance, Door Access and issuance of staff card etc
Support the HR/Admin team in general corporate office administration duties
Assist to submit staff insurance claim
To assist in planning the staff events
Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager or AM, HR/Admin
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in doing HR & Admin.
Service oriented with good written & verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations.
Experience with Access Group Payroll (formerly known as Sage EasyPay) will be an advantage.
A team-player with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, meticulous and self-motivated.
