OVERALL SUMMARY
The function is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in handling the full spectrum of learning and development, recruitment and selection, onboarding, internship programmes and employee engagement.
The Executive will play a critical role in leading and coordinating all learning and development activities, keeping a strong focus not just on the professional development of the employees, but also on the needs of the organization. The Executive will work collaboratively with business leaders, employees across the group, training providers and government agencies.
