Main Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and improve ICU data collection, cleaning, and reporting processes.
Provide coordination and support for overall ICU implementation related research.
Provide administrative support to ICU directors to ensure staff meet certification and posting requirements.
Assist with daily tasks and project management to enhance ICU operations.
Organize and support the ICU BASIC training course.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to facilitate and support the ICU Grand round event.
Oversee the hospital\'s organ donation process.
Coordinate certifiers for brain death certification and related procedures.

Job Requirement

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in healthcare or health sciences or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare-related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Access
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.
