Job Description
What the role is:You will be part of the InfoComm Technology Department under the Strategic Planning and Transformation Office.What you will be working on:Your key responsibilities will include:Administrative Matters
- Assist with scheduling meetings, security clearance and escorting attendees, etc
- Provide secretariat support for meetings
- Track various Polls and Surveys
- Collate responses from parties\' concern, track submission timelines and assist with submissions
- Support officers to conduct procurement for straightforward purchases
- Track invoice payment
- Administrator of various systems, such as CorpPass accounts
- Support Fixed Assets Officer to maintain the list of IT assets in BCA
- Good knowledge of administrative and support work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and simple IT skills
- Has a strong desire to excel, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, written, verbal and ability to influence stakeholders
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
