Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.Job Responsibilities:Plan and implement an appropriate tenancy mix for the assets, working closely with Asset Managers to maximize building occupancy and revenueFormulate, develop and implement marketing strategiesIdentify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospectsLead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned buildings or clustersDevelop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partnersPlan, initiate, build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationshipsConduct periodic market research, trends analysis and prepare market synopsisBuild networking channels with tenants and agents, conduct sales calls and translate leads to deal closuresForecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessmentsUnderstand asset profitability and contribute to a solution to improve upon this whilst meeting tenant occupational needsBe overall Brand Ambassador to enhance brand equityGreat CommunicatorCan you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing?
