Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market and lease retail units to new potential tenants
- Assist to implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy
- Review and recommend tenancy mix based on the mall's positioning
- Lease administration of tenants and handling tenancy-related issues
- Handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants
- Build up rapport and maintain good relationship with tenants
- Prepare and maintain leasing reports and schedules
- Conduct and analyse retail market researches
- Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
- 1-2 years' of relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player
- Self-driven with positive attitude
- Singaporeans only
