YOUR MISSION

Outbound Fulfillment

• 
  Execute day-to-day operational activities of supply chain, inventory planning and logistics activities of the commercial operations.
• 
  Coordinate the forecast from internal to 3PL for planning purposes
• 
  Evaluate daily outbound capacity through coordinating with sales and retails and other relevant parties.
• 
  Evaluate Warehouse day to day picking, packing efficiency and also order accuracy.
• 
  Ensure warehousing operations is safe and it has efficiency improvements.
• 
  Responsible to monitoring warehouse order fulfillment: -

• Monitoring daily order
• Monitoring the delivery status
• Monitoring POD status in SharePoint (cloud)
• Maintain Delivery Summary Reports

• 
  Responsible for returns management

• Monitor the progress of scanning returns
• Monitor the segregation of products
• Maintain the Return Summary Reports

Last mile Delivery

• 
  Manage Warehouse to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirement.
• 
  Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries regarding delivery status.
• 
  Ensuring that service quality is upheld.
• 
  Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively.
• 
  Provide daily report on all deliveries and follow- up.
• 
  Schedule/Arrange Collection with Warehouse on Return Collection.
• 
  Handle internal/external stakeholder query on delivery issue.

Reporting and Support Task

• 
  On time reports, forecast based on the agreed monthly schedule
• 
  Conducts 12x cross functional review meetings with Wholesale and Retail (issues, performance, forecasts and upcoming sales and events and support market level operations and improvement inter-department communication.)
• 
  Organizing the Documents Library for POD

• Maintain the digital documents library for audit purpose
• Coordinate with 3PL to obtain the necessary documents and store it on

digital library.

• Maintain the summary for the digital library

• 
  Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the supervisor.
• 
  Procurement for Consumables.
• 
  Documentation and Filling.
• Creation of Invoice and Packing List for Export Shipments.

Submission Vendor Invoices

• 
  Responsible to follow up all 3PL invoices for payment processing.
• 
  Responsible to create PO for all vendors for payment processing.
• 
  Responsible to submit PO for approval to HOD and Submit to Finance.

YOUR TALENT

• 
  Higher Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Transportation Management.
• 
  Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• 
  Proficient in SAP.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Transportation Management.
• 
  Result oriented, trustworthy, responsible, self-motivated and Independent.
• 
  Able to work in face-pace environment.
• 
  Able to deal with voluminous transactions.
