About the Company
Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a motivated Service Delivery Executive (Logistics) to be a key point of contact for clients, providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details;
- Engage in inbound and outbound operational activities;
- Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input;
- Work closely with internal teams and departments on review and stocking of inventory;
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner;
- Support regional service delivery projects.
- 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
- Experience managing import and export activities in the Asia Pacific region;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team;
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
