Responsibility * Supporting the Assistant Manager in reviewing existing processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity. * Documentation of processes and work closely with Logistics Responsibility Supporting the Assistant Manager in reviewing existing processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Documentation of processes and work closely with Logistics operation to implement new processes. Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues / complaints and provide recommendations and implementation plan. Deep understanding of existing Production Organization Procedures (POP) and update to ensure relevance. Prepare operational reports and trend analysis such as incoming and outgoing shipment (Forecast & Actual-GR/GI - by POA & ARC vendor), shipping by incoterm, inventory reports, month-on-month stock count discrepancy report. Support KPI tracking by monitoring and assessing service level from 3PL and/ service providers. Provide recommendations to achieve cost optimization. Example analyse freight forwarder's invoices. Responsible to raise ITSM for creation and maintenance of storage location (sloc) codes in SAP. Develop and carry out improvement projects to achieve operational efficiency.
