Manage the end-to-end process of receiving and organising hardcopy and softcopy mails received
Ensure that documents received are accounted for
Organize documents and prepare manifest for vendor's transcribing
Access and perform checks using internal grants processing system
Liaise with various stakeholders on matters relating to the receipt of the applications
Perform administrative duties such as the issuance of letters to update applicants on their grant applications, when required
Handle other ad-hoc duties, when required
