[What the role is]
You will be part of the Memorial Facilities & Planning Division, which oversees the planning of after-death facilities in Singapore.
[What you will be working on]
You will be responsible for the following:
Review, formulate and implement policies for exhumation projects
Prepare and submit requests for project funding, track and monitor project budget, cashflow projections and utilisation
Draft and evaluate tender and quotation submissions, prepare award papers for approval and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the execution of the project
Oversee and monitor the performance of external contractors (including making visits to site) to ensure accuracy, timely and satisfactory completion of project
Maintain and ensure good service to claimants and members of public
Ensure timely incident reporting
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
Attention to details
Keen interest in project management work
Experience in procurement practices and processes
Have physical stamina to walk and stand for long durations, and to withstand exposure to weather conditions when at site
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
Self-driven and always ready to strive for improvement
Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders
