Job Description

This executive will be reporting into the Marketing and Communications Manager. The role is a contract role for 12 months, located in SingaporeThis role looks to support the marketing and communications activities for DKSH Singapore. It will expose the individual to a wide scope of marketing channels (Creative, digital Marketing, PR, Media, Communications, Events, Projects and more).This position will depend on rapport from internal stakeholders and requires the candidate to be a outgoing, self-driven individual with a open mind to trying new things and exploring new ideas.

• Grasp good understand of the business units and function units
• Support on the implementation of internal and external marketing projects, events and campaigns
• Develop eDMs for internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with Line manager and Group Marketing on the approval of local creatives where necessary
• Support on the creation and development on local assets (videos, images, copywriting, etc)
• Update platforms such as websites and sharepoint on a quarterly basis
• Work with cross-functions and find opportunities to drive value internally and externally
• Develop copy writing deliverables (Letters, announcements, articles etc)
• Manage Agencies and Partners for events and projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
• Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Management or Business.
• Fresh Graduates will be considered
• 1-2 years working experience in marketing or communications/internships preferred.
• Good understanding of B2B and B2C Channels and marketing
• Proficient in MS office applications
• A individual who can work as a good team player and as an individual
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite / Social Media Editing Tools (Capcut, Canva, etc) is a bonus
