Our Client, Training industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as an Executive, Membership.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the General Manager to meet the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• To be responsible for the successful outreach of P-Max programme;
• To handle, administer and follow through all Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) related queries and applications
• To coordinate and facilitate industry job fairs
• To promote and administer relevant government assistance programmes such as Job Redesign Programme
• To canvass for participation in company’s events and initiatives (members engagement through emails and calls and etc)
• To write Minutes of meeting, facilitate meetings and prepare meeting materials;
• To assist with PDPA related administration
• To organise HR related webinars/ seminars, draft and update events articles onto ASPRI’s website and LinkedIn and maintain these social media platforms in a timely and professional manner;
• To draft circulars, surveys to members;
• To support the Change of Employers (CoE) Programme
• To develop and maintain a systematic HR documentation system;
• To provide job matching services through maintenance of Manpower Connect Portal
• Any other duties assigned to support Secretariat Work
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources and Business related qualifications
• Min. 2 Years’ Experience in HR is an added advantage
• Possess Passion to help member companies
• Strong sense of personal accountability
• A good team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
