Job Roles and Responsibilities

ENGAGEMENT

• Engage MGK members (e.g. medals/ golf clinics/ social games/networking nights)
• Leverage on brand ambassadors (eg. members, partners and stakeholders)
• To grow and engage Junior members
• Handle event related queries. Ensure event prompt and accurate updating of monthly event management report.
• Enhance members\' engagement through members\' benefit

BRANDING & PUBLICITY

• Preparation and adaptation of communication collaterals (eg. notices, email blast, enewsletter, website and posters)
• Drafting of MGK EDM template
• Design of ad-hoc in-house collaterals
• Ensure information and artwork are updated on MGK Facebook page and website
• Promote positive reviews and content in forums and other online channels

MEMBERSHIP PROCESSING & ADMINISTRATION

• To process membership applications and refunds in compliance of department\'s SOP.
• Attend to walk-in, phone and email queries.
• Ensure prompt and accurate data entry of score cards.

FRONTLINE

• Prompt and professional reply to all membership queries are standardized and addressed within 2 working days.

Social Commitment

NTUC Club\'s Family Fun Fiesta (F3) is one of the ways we fulfil our social purpose to ensure no one is excluded from enjoying quality recreational experiences. Held several times a year, F3 provides lower-income NTUC members and their families with complimentary experiential fun at our facilities.

In addition, we also give back to the community by volunteering and working with various beneficiaries. Our staff visited beneficiaries such as Willing Hearts and Singapore Food Bank, to help prepare meals. Together with the Attractions, Resorts & Entertainment Union (AREU), our staff sewed stuffed toys made from socks, with proceeds going to Dignity Mama to enable young adults with disabilities to gain basic entrepreneurial skills and lead independent lives.
