What the role is:
The position will directly support the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Directors in DT and general administrative coordination for meeting and corporate administration in the Digital Technology (DT) Group.
What you will be working on:
Office Manager Role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning & Scheduling of Meetings. Support the CDO, Directors & HODs in scheduling of cross division/cluster meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuing of Access Cards to Consultants & Contract Staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in coordinating official overseas trips as and when they occur. Coordinating Office Needs: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the Pedestal & Cupboard keys and booking of facilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinator for Corporate Gifts. Invoice Coordinator: Generate list of outstanding invoices and send reminders to officers for follow-up. Escalate to HODs if necessary. Support Admin on Clearances: \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with departments\' Project Managers on the clearance application forms from their contract resources and/or consultants. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that the submissions are error-free and adhere strictly to the submission guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update the details to the excel template and follow up on outcomes and documentation.
