What the role is:The jobholder will provide support in all aspects of office operational needs. This include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Despatch duties such as collect and despatch mails, prepare labels for letters to be mailed locally and overseas, record incoming and outgoing mails \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain an effective records management system in accordance with requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise, co-ordinate with various parties and receive guests for events \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as and when assignedWhat we are looking for:
