JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Executive, Training Grant and Finance to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Handle day to day accounts payable function
- Prepare for month-end closings, bank reconciliations, audit schedules and statutory audits.
- Liaise with the external auditors and follow-up to ensure that all audit issues are closed or resolved.
- Prepare grant submissions to relevant government agencies and provide explanations to queries.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, and report to the management on financial position and key performance indicators.
- Recommend financial controls and processes across all functions and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements (i.e. GST quarterly submission and Annual Industry Survey etc.)
- Participate in projects relating to process improvement and system enhancements.
- Diploma or Degree in Acccounting
- Background in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Min. 2-3 years\' relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Collaborative, meticulous, organised and process / system oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
