You will support the Senior Executive in managing partnership deals to advance the Centre's value proposition to industrial partners, as well as develop and maintain collaboration opportunities with partners such as early/late-stage i You will support the Senior Executive in managing partnership deals to advance the Centre's value proposition to industrial partners, as well as develop and maintain collaboration opportunities with partners such as early/late-stage innovation enterprises, the venture capital community, research institutions, and other agencies. You will also be required to assist the Senior Executive in the creation of marketing collaterals and events to increase the centre's branding and stature with external and internal stakeholders. You will also be supporting the experiential training of healthcare innovators within the centre with the support of internal and external partners. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering/Computing/Business Administration/ Media Communication with a minimum of 2 years' equivalent industry experience with demonstrated competency Prior experience in identifying and formulating new collaboration partnerships Working knowledge in maintenance of membership programmes Working knowledge in development of community outreach materials Good experience in working in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders to advance a programme/project's value proposition Working knowledge in technology ideation and incubation leading to deployment/commercialisation of new healthcare technologies/services Some understanding of healthcare technologies and market segmentation, partnership agreements, healthcare technology adoption and commercialisation Resourceful, attentive to detail and quality, and strong presentation and technical writing skills Experience working in a small team and on multiple parallel exploratory/points of contact and incubation efforts Able to work collaboratively across team boundaries to share common infrastructure, resources and functional capabilities Passionate in healthcare adoption and commercialisation of novel technology Good communication and negotiation skills Meticulous, responsible, self-motivated Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
