Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Perform shift responsibilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including queue and crowd management, and ensuring park cleanliness.xc2xb7 Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience, including management of guest feedback on-ground and closing service lapses.xc2xb7 Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required.xc2xb7 Ensure safe work practices are carried out.xc2xb7 Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on park-related and guest experience matters.xc2xb7 Assist in staff management, including manpower planning/deployment and training.xc2xb7 Assist to generate and review reports.xc2xb7 Assist in wildlife management efforts.xc2xb7 Manage assigned portfolio and projects.xc2xb7 Other relevant duties as assigned.Job Requirementsxc2xb7 Diploma or Degree.xc2xb7 At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in leadership and project management.xc2xb7 Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.xc2xb7 Excellent team player who can also work independently.xc2xb7 Resourceful self-starter with a keen work attitude, good with time management and problem-solving.xc2xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).xc2xb7 Able to work on weekends and public holidays.Specialization : Park Operations
