Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Perform shift responsibilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including queue and crowd management, and ensuring park cleanliness.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience, including management of guest feedback on-ground and closing service lapses.

\xc2\xb7 Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure safe work practices are carried out.

\xc2\xb7 Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on park-related and guest experience matters.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in staff management, including manpower planning/deployment and training.

\xc2\xb7 Assist to generate and review reports.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in wildlife management efforts.

\xc2\xb7 Manage assigned portfolio and projects.

\xc2\xb7 Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree.

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in leadership and project management.

\xc2\xb7 Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent team player who can also work independently.

\xc2\xb7 Resourceful self-starter with a keen work attitude, good with time management and problem-solving.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
