Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1) Programme ManagementWork with doctors, other health care professionals and administrative staff in Clinical Services to:

• Plan the implementation of youth mental health clinical initiatives, and any other relevant programmes related to mental health in NHGP
• Monitor the outcomes and key performance indicators for youth mental health initiatives and review them for continuous improvement
• Track clinical indicators as required by the clinic care team
• Prepare and present programme outcomes and updates at departmental/management meetings

2) Administrative Duties

• Monitor the expenditure and prepare/collate annual budget for the programmes
• Track and report utilization of funded budget to team and funder (NHG/MOH)
• Contribute to any other cross-functional admin duties across the different work areas in CS, e.g. Secretariat for clinical workgroups, Allied Health Services, relevant IT/NGEMR developments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor/Reporting Officer/Deputy Directors/Director

Job Requirements:

• Able to commit 21 hours per week, work schedule open for discussion
• Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline, preferably Health or Biological Science
• Preferably with about 2-3 years of work experience in project management, operations and administrative work
• Possess report writing and project organisation skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively
• High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, self-starter/self-motivator, pro-active and a passionate team player who is able to work independently under pressure
• Constant learner
• Interest in Primary Care Mental Health
